Legacy Core™ Credentialing Services

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

Credentialing Fees

Fees for the Legacy Core™ credentialing process are non-refundable once the credentialing pathway has begun (defined as accessing any module content after payment). This policy exists because credentialing involves immediate allocation of platform resources, administrative review capacity, and credential infrastructure.

Before Beginning the Credentialing Pathway

If you have paid but have NOT accessed any module content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact admin@legacycore.com with your payment confirmation.

Renewal Fees

Renewal fees are non-refundable once the renewal has been processed and credential status has been extended.

Credential Revocation

If your credential is revoked for cause (misrepresentation, Terms of Service violation, non-payment, or fraud), fees are non-refundable.

Voluntary Cancellation

You may cancel your credential at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable. Your credential status will be updated and badge use must cease immediately.

Exceptions

Legacy Core reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Refund requests outside the stated policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact admin@legacycore.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
