Bring verifiable cyber trust into the rooms you already host.
You already gather the owners. Legacy Core™ briefs the room on the Trust Gap, common scams, and what a publicly verifiable Trust Badge actually is. Complimentary introductory sessions are for qualifying organizations. They are not a standing calendar of free programming.
These sessions do not issue a credential. Legacy Core is not a government agency.

What to know before you go further
01
What is Legacy Core?
Small Business Trust Credentialing. It creates a trust signal. It is not an MSP, a monitoring product, or a regulator.
02
Why does this matter?
Small businesses often take real cybersecurity steps. Customers and partners still have no simple way to see that readiness.
03
What is the Trust Gap?
The distance between the safeguards you have and the proof you can send when someone asks.
04
What is a Trust Badge?
A reviewed credential. It shows a demonstrated commitment. It does not promise that a business is safe or legally compliant.
05
What do Bronze, Silver, and Gold mean?
Bronze is Baseline Readiness. Silver is Evidence-Verified Implementation. Gold is Ongoing Verified Readiness. Silver and Gold cannot be self-attested.
06
Can customers verify it?
Yes. The Public Business Trust Registry is the live record. Anyone can look up Verified, Expired, or Not Found.
07
What should a business do next?
Start with the free Trust Audit. It is diagnostic only. Then pursue Bronze if you want a credential people can check.
08
How do Alliance Partners fit in?
Partners may implement security and help a business get ready. Buying partner work does not guarantee a badge. Legacy Core decides whether the credential has been earned.
Three doors
Same credentialing standard. Different starting points.
This page is for the people who host the room. Owners and Alliance Partners have their own doors.
Small businesses
You need something to send.
When a client, insurer, or bank asks how you protect their data, you need a credential they can check, not a paragraph from memory.

You already advise the owner.
If you help small businesses with insurance, accounting, or cybersecurity work, the Alliance is the partner path. Recruitment lives there, not here.

What we present in your room.
Select complimentary introductory sessions for qualifying organizations. Not unlimited free programming.
For business owners
Chambers, cities, associations, EDCs, networking groups
A Trust Gap briefing in plain language. What nontechnical cybersecurity readiness looks like, how scams and fraud actually show up, and what a verifiable Trust Badge is.
For seniors and veterans
Senior centers, libraries, VFW posts, veteran organizations
One community-safety briefing, two audiences. The same room can serve older residents and veterans without turning this into two separate products.
Ask the Experts
Owners plus qualified professionals in the room
A Q&A after the briefing. Practitioners answer questions. Legacy Core issues Trust Credentials. The session is not a sales hour.
How organizations participate
Host the room, co-host a series, or sponsor a cohort.
Host a session or Trust Exchange
You gather the room. We brief it. That can be a complimentary introductory session, or a Trust Exchange: small businesses, community leaders, and trusted professionals in the same room. Education-first. Not a vendor pitch.
Request to hostCo-host a chamber or city series
A series is the same briefing with a repeating host. Chamber versus city is who gathers the room, not a separate product.
A city does not issue, approve, or guarantee credentials. Legacy Core issues Trust Credentials after review.
Talk about a seriesSponsor a cohort
Banks, credit unions, insurers, foundations, and firms can fund access so local businesses can start the credentialing pathway.
Sponsorship may fund access to the credentialing pathway, but it never purchases or guarantees a credential.

Proof of presence
We have been in the room.
Collaboration is the proof. We do not publish vanity counts.

In collaboration with
Bringing verifiable cyber trust to Main Street, together with Provident Bank.
Legacy Core teams up with Provident Bank to help the small businesses they serve across the Inland Empire understand where they stand on cyber readiness and earn a credential their own clients can verify. It’s a recurring community effort, not a one-time appearance.

How a partnership starts
Four steps. No automated booking calendar.
We review each inquiry. Qualifying organizations get a conversation, then a briefing if it is a fit.
Start the conversationStep 1
Tell us about your community
Who you gather, what the room needs, and how you want to start.
Step 2
Choose a starting point
A complimentary session, a Trust Exchange, a chamber or city series, or a sponsored cohort.
Step 3
Brief the room
We present. You host. Owners leave knowing what the Trust Gap is and what a Trust Badge can show.
Step 4
Path to Trust Audit and Bronze
Businesses who want documented evidence can take the Trust Audit, then pursue Bronze (Baseline Readiness) if they choose.
Who does what
After the briefing, the credentialing pathway is still the owner's choice.
A community session explains the Trust Gap. It does not issue a Trust Badge. Owners who want documented evidence can take the Trust Audit, then pursue Bronze if they choose.
- 1
Business
Understands readiness, completes the credentialing pathway, implements improvements where needed, and supplies required information and evidence.
- 2
Legacy Core
Maintains the credentialing pathway and credential standard, reviews the application, determines credential status, and issues the Trust Badge when requirements are met.
- 3
Alliance Partners and qualified providers
May help implement cybersecurity improvements and submit evidence-backed attestations. Partner attestation is not independent review. They do not issue Legacy Core credentials.
- 4
Customers and credential readers
Use the Public Business Trust Registry to check status and understand the recorded scope. Each customer or organization decides whether it meets their needs.
Implementation is separate from credentialing. See Alliance Partners · Governance · Discuss an evidence-review role
Implementation is separate from credentialing. Alliance Partners may implement security. They cannot purchase, guarantee, or self-award a Trust Badge.
Alliance Partners
You often see the gap before the owner does.
Professionals understand why cyber readiness matters before many owners do. Legacy Core helps create the bridge. You bring the expertise.
- Rooms that have already heard why cybersecurity readiness matters
- Speaking and panel invitations in rooms you did not have to assemble
- Visible presence as a trusted professional in that community
We do not promise leads, conversions, revenue, or guaranteed referrals. The Alliance is a marketplace. Credentialed businesses choose from the directory.

Frequently asked questions
Hosting does not change who issues the credential. Legacy Core does.
Does a city or chamber endorsement come with hosting?
No. Hosting or co-hosting a session is collaboration, not government approval. A city or chamber does not issue, endorse, or guarantee a Legacy Core credential.
Can a sponsor buy a Trust Badge for a business?
No. Sponsorship may fund access to the credentialing pathway. It never purchases or guarantees a credential. Bronze is issued after the credentialing pathway is completed and Legacy Core approves the application.
Are these sessions a vendor pitch?
No. Teach first. Build trust. Let relationships develop naturally. Alliance Partners may be in the room as experts. They do not buy the agenda.
Does a Trust Audit issue a credential?
No. The Trust Audit is diagnostic only. Bronze is Baseline Readiness, issued after the credentialing pathway is completed and reviewed. See /trust-badges for how Trust Badges are earned.
Is this only for Southern California?
No. Any qualifying organization in the United States can inquire. Southern California is where we have been showing up, including work with Provident Bank. That is proof of presence, not a service boundary.
Who issues the credential after a community session?
Legacy Core issues Trust Credentials after review. Partners, cities, chambers, and sponsors do not issue Trust Badges.
Bring this to your community.
Request a complimentary introductory session, or invite us to speak. Sponsors and Alliance Partners have their own door.
